For UK, Russia, France and Germany Customs issues
For UK, the international shipping is a little complex. The UK Customs may return the guitars to us without any reasons. If you are from UK, please contact us first, we may need to send it to you by UPS.
For Russia, the shipping is very slow by EMS, so we can not guarantee the delivery time. For now, we don't accept any orders from Russia. But if you can wait, we can still accept any order from Russia. The shipping time may be about 1~3 months!
For Germany, France, the Customs are very strict. If you want to get the guitars, you should go to pay the taxes first. The Customs may ask you for some files, just contact us by email, we will send them to you, please don't worry!
For now, China post don't accept big packages in our local city, but all kinds of guitar or kit package is big size in fact. If you want to choose China post as your order carrier, please contact us first!
